Aylesbury Estate

Aylesbury Estate is a large residential development in South London where GC Construct were engaged to carry out extensive external repairs and redecoration works across multiple blocks. The works were delivered over a two-year period and required careful planning and coordination on a live, occupied estate.

The project included the installation of mastic and aluminium trims to windows across the estate, concrete repairs and redecoration of ramps, staircases and link bridges, and the removal and installation of new rainwater downpipes. Where access by towers was not possible, abseil operatives were used to ensure safe and complete coverage.
