Granada House is a residential development in Maidstone where GC Construct were appointed to carry out podium and walkway waterproofing works using a hot-spray system. The project was delivered over a 12-week programme and required careful sequencing to achieve a durable, seamless finish within a tight timeframe.

The works were completed successfully by trained, manufacturer-approved operatives, with extended hours and weekend working utilised to meet programme requirements. The completed system has significantly improved long-term waterproofing performance and safety across the communal areas.

• Dustless grinding and substrate preparation
• Moisture testing prior to coating application
• Primer RW with kiln-dried sand broadcast
• Hot-spray application of Prokol PA 136-T waterproofing
• Anti-slip topcoat installation (Prokol 705-AS)
• Waterproofing works to podium deck, walkways and staircases
