GC Construct were appointed to carry out the structural replacement and external repair works at Great Brownings in Dulwich. The project involved the phased demolition and rebuilding of a failing retaining wall, including excavation, temporary propping, and installation of a new reinforced concrete wall.
Additional works included new surface water drainage, and reinstatement of paving and fencing. The project was delivered safely and to a high standard, overcoming access and sequencing challenges within an occupied environment.
