Lucy Brown House is a Sheltered Housing Unit located in Waterloo Southwark that consists of 38 1 bedroom retirement studios. GC Construct were engaged to carry out all communal decorations and restore all the timber windows. Communal areas were coated in TOR Class 0 paint to comply with Southwark's FRA requirements. We also carried out overhauls and numerous timber care repairs was a cost effective measure to extend the 'life span' of the windows by circa 10 years.
